There are many types of exercise that you can do to keep in shape. The type of exercise you do all depends on you and your capacity to do low intensity or high intensity work outs. You should also consider the money you pay for membership fee in your local gym or to pay for your fitness instructor while you can actually research what exercises you can do fit for your body type that you can do on your own.
Choose something that you like to do. If you choose something you don’t like- you will end up doing it for a short time and give up eventually. Give it some thought – if you don’t like walking, then you are not up for some jogging or running exercises too. If you can’t find something you like to do, choose something you hate the least then you can take it from there.
